If you often experience leg pain, then it would be good if you wear flat shoes instead of wearing high heel shoes. You will surely have a leg pain if the body weight is just on a single leg. So, make sure, when you stand the weight of the body should be balanced on your feet. It is suggested to wear comfortable and good shoes.
It is a good remedy to get rid of leg pain. Some warm water should be taken in a bucket at a bearable temperature and put your leg in a bucket. You will definitely feel good after doing this remedy. For better results, peppermint oil can be added in the water.
To give a relief to your leg, you can use heat compressions. A brick should be heated and wrapped in a washed cloth then gently massage on the painful leg with it. You will surely feel better in a short span of time.
Methi is considered as a very good and helpful herb in curing leg pain. Keep the leaves under the sun for 5-6 days and let it dry.
Effective Home Remedies For Leg Pain
Mix the dried leaves with water and take it after getting up in the morning. This remedy can also be used for body aches.
You can massage your leg using almond and coconut oil to get rid of leg pain. You can also prepare a paste using mustard oil and camphor. To make this paste, Mix 10 gm of camphor and 200 gm mustard oil in a bottle. Keep that under the sun until the camphor melts properly. Then, using this paste, massage it on your leg.
Turmeric, Lime And Salt
You can also make a paste of turmeric, lime and salt to get rid of leg pain. To get a quick relief, apply this paste on your leg every day.
It is believed that Epsom salt is rich in magnesium and minerals .It gives you an effective result in eliminating leg pain. Put 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt in a bucket of water and soak your leg at least for 15 minutes.
Licorice roots are considered a very helpful and an effective leaves which helps in curing the leg pain very quickly. In hot water, the licorice roots are to be put and let it rest all the night to prepare a mixture. Next morning, you can use that mixture to massage on your leg. You will for sure get a relief.
