    Brush after every drink or food

    Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda

    Many people agree that hydrogen peroxide is a great natural teeth whitener technique. It is an anti-bacteria agent and it works as a total mouth and gum cleaner. Hydrogen peroxide keeps the mouth free of germs. Make a paste mixing a small amount of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Baking soda has a gritty character like sandpaper. SO, if you don't add enough quantity of hydrogen peroxide in the paste, it may scrub the enamel right off your teeth. The paste should be in a runny form without being gritty.

    Olive oil

    Olive oil is good for dental care and can be used as a teeth whitener. It can be applied in two ways. Pour a few drops of olive oil on your toothbrush and simply brush it on. You can also rub your teeth with a clean wash cloth after dipping its corner in olive oil. Many people attest their teeth becoming whiten by using olive oil. It does not hurt to try this natural remedy.


    Make a paste of strawberry by smashing them together. Apply this paste to your teeth using your finger or a clean and soft toothbrush. Wash it all off thoroughly after leaving the paste on for 2-5 minutes. Don't forget to brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste. Repeat this method every time as it will take a few days to work.

    Apple cider vinegar, lemon or orange peels, peel plant fibers and charcoal rub are also the other important teeth whitening methods. Making home toothpaste at home by adding a good brand of mouthwash is a good remedy for colored teeth.
